  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details (e.g., Handicap and Pace of Play).
  • Flight Data: Course names, tee times, and open spots you post to the Grid.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses and device information to ensure “App-like” performance and security.

2. How Your Data is Shared

FourthTee is a social platform. By using the service, you understand that:

  • Public Grid: Flight details (Course, Date, Time) are visible to visitors to help grow the community.
  • Peer Visibility: Your Display Name and profile stats are visible to other logged-in members when you Host or Join a flight.
  • Host Privacy: Your specific contact information is never shared publicly. Communication happens through the platform or approved group channels.

3. Physical Safety & Real-World Interaction

FourthTee facilitates real-world meetups.

  • User Responsibility: You are responsible for your safety and conduct at the golf course.
  • Minors: FourthTee is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences (like your preferred golf courses in your geographic area). To provide an “app-like” experience, we may use local storage to cache the Grid for faster loading.

5. Third-Party Services

We use reputable third-party services to power our platform, including:

  • Hostinger: For secure website hosting.
  • OneSignal (Optional): To deliver push notifications regarding your flights.
  • Google Analytics: To understand how our users interact with the Grid.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access/Update: Edit your profile and handicap at any time.
  • Delete: Request the deletion of your account and all associated flight history.
  • Opt-Out: Manage your notification settings within your profile.

As FourthTee grows from a local group to a larger network, we may update this policy. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email associated with your account.
